In order to prevent, discover and punish breaches or violations of the Code of Ethics or, in general, of the Compliance Program of Romeu Shipping Division or other irregularities or violations of applicable law that may occur by members or third parties with whom Romeu Shipping Division is professionally related or linked, as well as to raise doubts or queries, this Ethics and Compliance Channel is enabled, which allows anyone who has had knowledge of such violations to bring such circumstances to the attention of the Head of the Ethics Channel of Romeu Shipping Division, even anonymously.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

In any case, the content of the communication must be related to conducts or facts committed by the members and third parties with whom Romeu Shipping Division is professionally related or linked or about doubts about the Compliance Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Whistleblowing Channel must not be used to falsely accuse other people and false information must not be reported. Furthermore, all kinds of reprisals against anyone who reports a breach or infringement in good faith are expressly prohibited. The ban also affects family members, employees and other people associated with the informant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
